This 90-minutes meditation is a quick, intensive and safeway to break the continued and hardened pattern of the Body-Mind System. This patterns keeps you caught in your current mental existence. In this meditation you can experience the freedom, silence and peace, that are normally disrupted by the hardened pattern of your everyday life.
This meditation includes 6 stages:
1. Active Breath
2. Bija mantra LAM
5. Bhastrika with a Murcha
This meditation technique derives from Siddha Siddhanta Tantra, one of the oldiest tantric teachings in the world. Connecting with the Creative elements of Yoga will give you a high quality hatha yoga level of practice.

About the teacher
Anna Elinson has practiced yoga for 9 years, and has followed training with several masters, including in an ashram in Shivananda (India) in 2010. She has been living in Germany for the past years and finished a 2-year training with Stephan Maey in Cologne. She has an international Yoga Alliance certificate (200h).
