We offer the following types of massage:

Relaxing massage
Great for overall relaxation. Uses long effleurage strokes and gentle pressure to improve circulation and diminish stress. Perfect for ‘first-timers’.

Deep Tissue massage
Ideal for targeting specific areas of tension, relieving chronic pain and increasing range of motion. Perfect for working out knots.

Thai Table massage
Traditional Thai Massage is usually carried out on the floor. Thai Table Massage is an adaptation of this treatment that can be carried out on a normal portable massage table.
This type of massage can free blockages in the body’s energy flow, stimulate the nervous system, relieve pain and muscle tension. It is also good for improving the circulation of blood flow, increasing the flexibility, relieving back pain and sciatica and is even useful at relieving headaches.

anna kushnir massage amsterdamAnna’s knowledge of physiology and anatomy derives from her background in yoga and sports. It makes her approach to massage holistic and therapeutic. She applies elements of assisted stretching in order to release tension in the body and help you become physically balanced and relaxed.

 

Jo Lee massage amsterdamJo has spend several years  in Asia I studied the art of massage by following a number of various massage courses. His approach is to exert sufficient pressure on the trigger points of the muscles, making them relieve all the stress and toxins that have built up and become flexible again.

 

charifa zemouri massage amsterdamCharifa has been a physiotherapist since 2010. She is experienced in relaxation and complaint based massages. She offers her massage mainly on the weekends.
