Gentle Yoga
60 minutes

A light and pleasant type of yoga suitable for beginners.  Yoga postures (asanas) are designed to help release tension and stretch various body parts. Most of the variations are performed sitting or lying down on the mat.


Stress Relief
75 minutes

A perfect class for people who want to get away from stress and anxiety. Light yoga poses are smoothly combined with meditation and self-reflexology massage techniques. Much attention is devoted to the relaxation of joints and limbs. Take the time to stop from the rush of the world and find peace and harmony within yourself. Join us on the path to positive thought and self­-awareness and be amazed by your personal accomplishments.


Slow Flow
75 minutes

A semi-gentle class, where gentle movements in sitting poses are combined with standing and restorative poses where props such as pillows and bolsters are used. In the end of the class we do a short meditation or breathing exercises. All levels are welcome.


Yin Yoga
75 minutes

A unique style of yoga, where each pose is held for a longer amount of time. This way it affects deeper layers in the body: joints, connective tissue and bones. The key elements are the feelings of surrender, softness and mindfulness. Explore the sensations and emotions which arise throughout your yin journey and take yourself to a different level.


Yoga Flow
75 minutes

A smooth flow meant for a gentle awakening of your body and mind. It helps you start your day in a peaceful way. Implementing pranayama and a short meditation helps to relax your mind and find balance within yourself.


Hatha Yoga
75 minutes

A classic yoga style that is perfect for aligning your body and improving your posture. Also a great choice for people who like to be balanced and inspired in life. Hatha Yoga helps not only to improve your physical health and well­-being, but also provides you with a positive attitude and a great mood.


Yin Yang Yoga
75 minutes

Yang yoga can be experienced as an active state of the physical body and spirit. You can feel your own life force within the flow of various poses. Combining it with soft Yin poses throughout the class will transform both energies and create a perfect balance. Reach out to your full potential and benefit from both yoga styles in one, making yourself complete.


Vinyasa Flow
75 minutes

An energetic form of yoga, where fluid movements from one pose to the next are synchronized by consious breathing. The sequence becomes almost like a dance. Explore the wide range of your body motion and improve your endurance.


 Ashtanga Yoga
75 minutes

This class is based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system developed by Sri K.Pattabhi Jois. It is a dynamic sequence that generates strength, flexibility and stamina. Discover the primary series by consciously moving in and out of the asanas (postures) using a special breathing technique as a guidance. Active Yoga
75 minutes

An intense yoga session that helps you get more control over your body and builds up strength and stamina. Cardio elements are included. It is a perfect class for people who like to be physically active, or want to tone their muscles, lose weight and shape some of their body parts. It also helps increase your body energy and feel fit.


Core Focus
75 minutes

At this class expect solid yoga poses and movements that will help you develop an amazing core strength as well as improve your overall athletic state.  Feel motivated to try an absolutely new and unique class and unlock your inner power, flexibility and full control of your body.


Pilates
60 minutes

The Pilates Method, developed by the legendary Joseph Pilates, is an exercise method for the whole body. The method is working to find the ultimate balance between mind and body and the relationship between power, flexibility and control.
